Normandy Bypass Track System

Guidelines and Specs

Panels with 2 ½” or 3½” louvers :

Maximum single panel width without center stile=36”

Maximum single panel width with center stile=50”

*Panels less than 36” will be made without Center Stiles

Outside Mount

Max. Frame-to-Frame width: window width + 3’’

Max Frame-to-Frame height: window height + 4 1/2”

Inside Mount

Max Frame-to-Frame width: window width – 1/8”

Max Frame-to-Frame height: window height – 1/8”

The Max Frame-to-Frame size should be from the top of the fascia to the floor.

Online: Bypass are entered as specialty shutters

Wheels and Buffers will be installed in the track

Fax order forms: Write BP on the track order form

Wheel Carrier Bracket and Bottom Guide will be pre- installed on the panel

Track will be pre-installed on the header

Support L Brackets and Top Fascia Returns will not be provided for inside mount
