    Changes and Refunds - Custom Made Products
    Since our products are custom made to your specifications, they are not suitable for resale. It is very important that you are sure of your purchase decisions because they are non returnable. Changes must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
    Damages and or shortages must be reported within 3 business days of receipt of your order. After that time period no claims can be made with the manufacturers.
    All orders are charged at the time of purchase.    		 Stock products except for Stock Shutter Arches are returnable.They must be returned to us in the original box within 30 days from date of original order receipt. Freight back to the factory is at the purchasers expense and must be pre-approved. A 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
    Oversized Freight ChargeShutters are excluded from oversize fees. All other products over 96” in width or height will be assesed a common carrier fee of $70 per order & vendor.
